The exterior of the home includes a covered entry, a private pool area, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, a park-style grill, and direct beach access via a private boardwalk. Inside, the home boasts a convenient elevator servicing all three floors and an enclosed foyer staircase.
The first floor features an elegant open floor plan that includes a spacious living area, dining room, and kitchen, all with panoramic water views through expansive windows.
