The beach boardwalk is diagonally across the street from this property, and the community clubhouse, with a grill area, swimming pool, and community tennis court, is steps away.

Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above, and the elevator is available for guest use. The North-facing first-floor king suite with flat-screen TV offers stunning views of Apalachicola Bay and the screened porch. The spacious full bathroom features a spa tub and a separate shower. The screened-in private deck with comfortable seating is the perfect place to enjoy unobstructed sunsets over the Bay. The first-floor hallway includes a coffee bar with a mini-fridge and a full laundry area. The SW king bedroom with a flat-screen TV offers amazing Gulf views, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and private deck access. The SE king bedroom with flat screen TV and private deck access with Gulf views shares a full bathroom in the hallway (shower/tub combo) with the final bedroom on this level – 2 sets of twin over full bunks with flat screen TV!

On the second floor, enjoy soothing tones and a spacious, open-plan layout. Comfy seating, tile floors, and large glass doors provide ample natural light and stunning views of the Bay from the screened porch. The large, screened-in, covered deck is ideal for relaxing and offers comfortable seating to take in sunsets and coastal breezes. Back inside, the fabulous dining table with upholstered chairs seats 10, and the kitchen counters seat 6, providing lots of room for your crew at mealtime. A highchair and a children's dining table are provided for the little ones in your crew. The large kitchen features high-end appliances, including a standalone ice machine and a separate beverage cooler for all your extra beach drinks. Large Corian counters provide ample meal-preparation space, and the chef in your crew will appreciate being able to visit with guests and take in coastal views of Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf while preparing beachside feasts!

A second sitting area with views of the Gulf and access to the upper-level balcony provides ample space for your crew to spread out and enjoy their vacation, complete with a wet bar and sleeper sofa. A half bath on the second floor provides additional convenience for guests. The queen bedroom with full bathroom rounds out the property's sleeping accommodations and offers a flat-screen TV and private deck access with Adirondack chairs to take in Gulf breezes and views. Two dog crates are stored in the primary bedroom closet and are available for use.
