Architect villa with interior patio not overlooked on 4000m2 of land.

We enjoyed our few days. Very nice property that live up to most of the obituaries (trees are more mature, etc). Was clean and in good shape. Few minor challenges with an alarm system rather than key lock, power going out and confusion over access but host was quick to respond. Would definitely be a great house for entertaining a group of friends. Large rooms, showers in each bedroom, quiet area with access to towns and grocery stores as needed. Overall was a nice property.

The villa is very nice and spacious. We spent 7 nights with 6 adults and 6 children and always found enough space to also take some time alone. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. The "plancha" barbecue is perfect with a fridge and ice maker just beside within a nice bar in the garden. The beds are very comfortable. the pool has a great size and the daybeds just beside are perfect to relax under the huge umbrellas. The villa is situated in a very calm area and the owner is available if needed and very helpful.

We have just returned from here having a very pleasurable time. The villa is extremely comfortable and well kept. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 kids.

We’ve stayed for a week in this villa with 12 friends and can definitely recommend this to anyone. This villa has everything you need and more.. the photo’s on the site are a bit old so we were in for a pleasant surprise when we arrived the first day and saw a new garden lounge set and Tikibar with gas barbecue right next to the pool. The palmforest is amazing with evening LED lights on it! You shouldn’t expect too much of surroundings/nature and the area between Marsillargues and the South coast, it’s a bit boring tbh.. but we had lots of fun and stayed 6 days at the house to relax, play games, listen to music, everyday BBQ and did just one afternoon trip to La Grande Motte. Owner M. Essbahe was very nice to us and he responded to our questions on email/phone within a few minutes. Thing to keep in mind when booking here: if you are with a big group, make sure you have a car at your disposal otherwise you cannot do groceries. The nearest supermarket in Lunel is 8 min drive.
