The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Overall, the experience was highly disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. We stayed for 6 nights - The property felt significantly overpriced for the value provided. While it may technically meet the criteria for a five-star rating, the actual experience fell short in many ways. We booked a luxury room to have more space for our toddler, but it felt more like a standard or at best, a deluxe double room. Given what we paid, it left a bad taste and felt like poor value for money. There were several issues throughout our stay: 1. A vacuum cleaner was left in the hallway for an extended period even after advising the staff it was in the middle of the corridor. 2. Our room wasn’t cleaned until late in the afternoon most days. 3. We had two meals at the hotel. The first dinner was underwhelming and overpriced - boiled asparagus should not cost what it did. The second meal was better and tasty but overly priced 4. The room and facilities felt more basic than luxury. For example - the shower gel dispenser was fixed to the wall, and you couldn’t remove the bottle, small, but it added to a sense of everything being very three-star. 5. The coffee machine was awkwardly placed inside a cupboard with French doors, resulting in a blinking light that stayed on all night along with the air conditioning control panel, which was also illuminated and disrupted our sleep. 6. The air conditioning itself caused us all to develop a cough. 7. Luggage from other guests was left cluttering the corridor by the lift, creating a messy and unprofessional impression. That said, the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and did their best to be helpful.

Breakfast was very good ! The bed was comfortable. Drinks and food very expensive but that is 5* . The hotel location was perfect you could walk easily to town to shop or eat. The quilt on the bed was too hot but they kindly changed it for blankets

Great location. Private. Nice size room, light and airy. Bathroom well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant & helpful. Morning Coffee good. Closets were a perfect size. The full length mirror was great, as well as the make up mirror in bathroom. Outdoor dining area pleasant. Breakfast very nice.

Our terrace patio was dirty. There was water leaking down from above (A/C drain must have been clogged) this green wet algae attracted quite a few mosquitos making it hard to use in the evening…The 3 outdoor chairs were quite uncomfortable, & the large rocking chair very dirty! Bed pillows could have been better, perhaps Down filled or more comfortable.

Pool was bliss, extremely friendly and helpful staff, location was excellent. The staff were all exemplary, and couldn't be more helpful and lovely.

€30 euros per person for breakfast, on top of the very high room rate, is extortionate I felt. This is not somewhere one goes to save money, of course. Even understanding that, though, I felt there were too many extras (they also charged an extremely expensive rate for parking), at too high a cost. Even the few mini bar items in the room are charged at high prices - nothing was complimentary. When paying £400 per night for a room, this comes as a surprise. It was also difficult to be in an outside space, aside from by the pool, without spending yet more money.

The location is nice and the building is in good shape with old white stones as you can expected in Provence

The people working are not professional as you would expected at the price. They think they are a five stars and behave in a way you don't feel you are the client there. I would recommend any people not to go there. you will pay a lot for a quality that is not in line with a five star. A place to avoid really.

The location is perfect . love the indoor lap pool and a very nice gym .

The staff were fantastic and really made our stay. They really went out of their way to make things comfortable for you. The courtyard and the pool were very relaxing areas and the location was just perfect.

It would be nice for more water to be readily available without extra cost given its so important to drink in those temperatures. The breakfast was unfortunately dissapointing for the price, i would stick to the local cafes for breakfast.

The property was beautiful and in a very peaceful setting while being minutes away from the action of the old city.

this was a beautiful and very clean property, exactly what I expected in Provence. Staff was great and very helpful, specially Hugo went above and beyond on our arrival to find us a late dinner.

small details like not being able to use the coffee machine as it was impractically placed in the cupboard, being given still water in a fizzy water bottle ie refilled but posing as a new bottle, staff not communicating, being promised water for our return journey & staff forgetting, having to ask reception to turn on air con at night as it was arbitrarily turned off without telling us, not bringing all luggage to our room from storage as one item was forgotten. I could go on.

Everything.. the courtesy of the staff at the front desk. The room decoration, colors. very clean, soft sheets, quiet,smell good . Didn't smell mold. the bed was very comfortable. do we slept so well. your air conditioning was working during our sleep. gréât gréât location. the restaurant was deceptive. the waiter also work to prepared cheese plate in the part of the kitchen that was in glass so we could see him. than run to the dinning room. he look stress like short of staff. we had to ask 4 time for a bottle of water. he was not smiling, . he didn't came back to ask us if all was find. he even forgot to charge a bottle of wine yo the next table beside us . the customer had to point it to him that he forgot to charge the bottle of wine on his bill. thank his he was honest. but all the rest was really fantastic. I would go back. the restaurant need more love and tender care. j'imagine que vous pouvez smile orEr le côté restaurant!!!
