The breakfast was lovely - beautiful room with many delicious choices and friendly, helpful service. Our room was comfortable and quiet - a bit on the small side for us so next time we would book a slightly higher category. We loved the location and walked into town for dinners and the amazing market. Staff was so helpful - it really feels like a family hotel and we were happy to have stayed here on our first trip to St Remy and Provence.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind - as I said, we would probably book a bigger room next time but we loved the hotel and the location and the town!

great location, clean & good facilities.
small details like not being able to use the coffee machine as it was impractically placed in the cupboard, being given still water in a fizzy water bottle ie refilled but posing as a new bottle, staff not communicating, being promised water for
our return journey & staff forgetting, having to ask reception to turn on air con at night as it was arbitrarily turned off without telling us, not bringing all luggage to our room from storage as one item was forgotten. I could go on.
