Imagine sipping coffee on the dock when a manatee glides up like it’s auditioning for the role of “Cutest Neighbor Ever.” It happens here. Often. Whatever you do, do not read the reviews to find out if we're telling the truth and what other amazing animals like to show up at our dock ;)
And if you don’t want wildlife sightings right off the backyard, this probably isn’t for you. But if you do… our kayaks are waiting, the yard is massive, and the fire pit is practically begging for marshmallows.
Our family-friendly waterfront home is a slice of Florida paradise, just a five-minute paddle to the crystal-clear, 72-degree waters of Weeki Wachee.
We love this place because it’s the best of both worlds—relaxing when you want it to be, and full of outdoor fun when you’re ready for it. Whether you’re here to kayak with MANATEES, fish off the dock, or just soak up the sunshine, this place is designed for making real memories with family and friends.

- **Guest Room**: Queen bed + 2 convertible chairs that become a queen or two singles.
- **Living Room**: Cozy and open, perfect for movie nights or game time.
- **Fully Stocked Kitchen**: Everything you need to cook up a feast (minus the groceries).
- **Washer/Dryer**: Because no one wants to take home wet swimsuits.

Pet-Friendly (With a Few Rules)
We totally get it—pets are family. That’s why we allow one small dog (under 20lbs) with a **non-refundable $200 pet fee**. (Sorry, no cats!) If you have a special case, just reach out—we’re happy to chat.

- **This is our family’s home away from home.** We ask that guests **treat it with the same love and care** we do.
- **We have 3 outdoor security cameras** in **public-facing areas only** (driveway and yard). This is just to keep trespassers away and ensure a safe stay.
- **Grills are available (gas & charcoal)**, but guests will need to provide their own propane/charcoal.

Great fun for the whole family right from the property! The kids had a blast swimming off the dock, kayaking with manatees and fishing. Location is convenient to get to local restaurants and Hernando Beach if you want to go offshore. Great time all around!

House had a beautiful dock with a big tree that gave a lot of shade and we saw a few manatees go by.The inside of the house was clean however, some of the outside white furniture can use some clean up. It went unused. On my first day a sent a msg and texted the host but didn’t hear back until the day before I checked out and my issues were not resolved. I did not bother contacting them again and we ended up going to Walmart 15 minutes away to get a few basic items we needed.

Having canal access to the Weeki Wachee was everything for this trip, which is why we chose to stay here. The screened in porch was my favorite thing about this house. I sat out there every evening with my book and my tea. It was quiet and serene. The dock is very nice, and we rented Go Boats for our excursion upriver - they were brought right to the dock! I highly recommend checking that out during your stay. We saw several manatees, too. The house is small, but comfortable, cozy, and decorated well. It is a (very well, in my opinion) converted mobile home, so if luxury and privacy is your goal you might be disappointed. The back yard and dock/canal access are the best things about this house. There are kayaks and SUPs as well as life jackets and paddle boards available to use. There is also a fire pit, grill, outdoor games, and a rope swing. The only thing the kitchen didn’t have (or I couldn’t find) was a pair of scissors - literally had everything else you could need, though. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!
