About this house rental
VACATION AT THE BEST HOME ON THE Weeki Wachee river... the spring is always 72 degrees... Special note, river access is becoming increasingly difficult, so if you stay here directly on the river, you have unlimited access, anytime, right off of your own dock, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and motor boating.
This is a beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home Directly on the Weeki Wachee River. We are known as the " Clock House"!
From the moment you pass through the hidden gate into the lushly landscaped entry path, the magic of this RIVER home is apparent.
Our premier location on the river is one of the best, with deep water right off of the long riverfront dock and across river is a huge, protected, wilderness area.
Our property has a new 8' fence on both sides so that your visit is very private.
There is a unique (only one on the weeki wachee river) that has a boathouse with an automatic garage door. So you can board your kayaks (we have 4) or paddleboards in the boathouse and paddle out.
Of special note, the State Park is now limiting the number of boats they will launch, therefore being right on the river is more important than ever.
On the ground floor, the entire house is tiled. You come into a nice foyer with the laundry and half bath to your right and the living/kitchen area the left. Ground floor master bedroom and bath are all wood paneled walls and ceiling.
The beautiful full equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, shaker cabinets, and granite counters.
There is a huge window facing the patio and river.
There is a narrow, long, screened porch just out of the kitchen sliding glass doors for your enjoyment of the view of the weeki wachee river!!.
You access the second floor via beautiful spiral stairs and it has a living room with a 2 couches, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath.
The river deck is huge with pavers and wood decking.
There is also a propane gas grill with a side burner, so you can cook and eat right on the river.
We have added a large screen room (very important some times of year) with a tile table and seating for 6, right on the river.
This is very nice home, very well outfitted, very well located, and owners dedicated to making this a great vacation for you and your family.

Oh, never a day goes by that you don't see a manatee or two (or more) or the dolphins!

The most fantastic location! The deck by the river was beautiful, and there was plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy it. The house was also comfortably decorated. Several doors didn't lock though.

The kitchen was great and fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. We went mainly for the outside but unfortunately after dark it’s not very useable…no lighting other than the 1000 watt can lights on the screened in room…definitely needs a dimmer. It’s is a safety hazard at night because you can’t see the various levels Stuff outside needs to be updated; needs some comfy furniture. Some inflatables weren’t able to inflate. Also need to do something about theMildew moldy smell, too hot to open windows and air out and the AC wasn’t helping the smell.
