Step right out the back door and into the crystal-clear river for a swim, or grab one of the kayaks and start exploring. Begin your morning with coffee on the oversized screened-in porch, watching manatees swim by and taking in the incredible wildlife that surrounds you. If you're lucky, you may even spot dolphins making their way through the river!
Bringing a boat? The property has two private docks, giving you convenient access to the river. Spend the day cruising upriver through beautiful Weeki Wachee or head downstream toward the Gulf. Rogers Park and its boat ramp are just around the corner, making launching your boat easy and convenient.
Whether you're swimming, kayaking, boating, watching the manatees, or simply relaxing by the water, this is a wonderful place to experience everything the Weeki Wachee River has to offer.

This is a peaceful riverfront home and not a party house. Excessive visitors, disruptive gatherings, and loud parties are not permitted out of respect for our neighbors and the surrounding community.
For the safety and protection of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located outside the home.

Perfect location on the main river - clear water and sandy bottom. Lots of manatees cruise by every day. Plenty of kayaks for our family of 7 to explore. Nice house with king size beds and nice, big screened porch and dock. And very dog/friendly - our pups had a ball!

This is our second time staying here! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and loved that we could bring our 2 dogs. Yard is fenced in. Easy access to go up river to the springs and also to the gulf. We will definitely be back again!
