Centralized waterfront escape! Just 2 min walk to The Upper Deck & a short paddle to the main Weeki Wachee River. Spot manatees from our deck, kayaks accommodating 10 guests: 2 singles and 4 tandems with life vests that can be launched directly from our floating dock, or bring your own boat for direct Gulf access. Spacious home with WiFi, dryer & a dedicated workspace — ideal for remote work, extended getaways, or monthly stays. Sleeps 10 comfortably.
This spacious and stylish escape has been fully renovated with authentic wooden flooring and lots of natural light to make your stay a delight. Multiple gathering spots make it perfect for vacations, reunions, or quick holiday breaks:

Docking note: The new deck is perfect for relaxing, wildlife viewing, and kayak access. At this time, it is not configured for tying or docking boats. Kayaks may be launched directly from the deck.

The location was good and a short paddle (kayaks were available to use) to the main spring. The interior was clean and communication with Gisele was excellent. There were some deck repairs needed but apparently those are being taken care of now.

Property was perfect for our family and friends. Located at the end of a canal, you had great privacy but were only a short paddle away from the main river. We launched from the main spring head and floated the 3 hours right to the dock of the house. Plenty of entertainment provided by host (kayaks, corn horn, board games, rope swing, etc). House was very clean, and perfect for kids who can navigate stairs. Short walk to restaurant and Roger’s Park. Will stay again for sure.

We loved the house and location to the Weeki Wachee river. The house was clean with plenty of space. We cooked most nights and having the grill was great. While there, we videoed 2 dolphins playing in the canal right off the dock. It was a mom and baby. The baby had a fish he was playing with. So adorable. We also saw 3 manatees in the same canal, including a mom and baby. There are two squirrels that love peanuts. If you leave them on the tree stump they'll come get them. We would stay here again!
