Jason was easy to communicate with and wanted us to have a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some snacks/condiments which made it easy to cook and eat there. Having a downstairs with two bedrooms and a living room worked great for the kids/young adults to have fun. There are a lot of well taken care of water crafts (paddle boards and kayaks) to explore the river. This is one of our favorite places to stay in this area.

WOW, amazing house! Every you need for a great vacation is in this house. Plenty of kayaks, toys for the kids, towels, space.., etc. Jason even sent cookies and water during the week. Would highly recommend staying here. It is well worth the money.

This river house is beautiful and worked perfectly for hosting my large family. There were plenty of rooms and beds so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other all week. It's well stocked with everything we needed for maximum comfort. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards to go around. We especially enjoyed the morning sunrises on the dock while fishing.The host is extremely gracious and made us feel welcomed to everything in the house. Hospitality was too notch. We will definitely be looking to come back again in the near future
