Welcome to the Gulf Coast Getaway by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes! This highly desired heated pool house sits on Hernando Beach. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering ample space with two living areas and a kitchen—plus a cozy kitchenette. Kids will love playing shuffleboard and enjoying the giant Connect Four game, while adults can unwind by the pool or use the floating dock for boating adventures. Don't forget to bring your boat!
The driveway accommodates up to six cars or trailers, and there’s room for two watercraft. It's important to be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid creating wakes.

Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance to the front door and another on the southwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

The property was stunning and the pictures did not do it justice. The house was clean and spacious with lots of activities to do. It fit our entire family very comfortably. The host was very kind and responsive. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Another beautiful family vacation at this gorgeous home! This year a Massage Chair was added to the home along with a sauna. We also rented a pontoon which we had right there at the house for our convenience. Thank you again for a wonderful time!

We stayed in this gorgeous home for my son’s destination wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. This house wrapped four generations of our blended family in absolute comfort — the first time we’ve all lived under one roof.
Every detail was thoughtfully provided. The little ones loved the toys, and we were greatful for the high chair, Pack ’n Play, and safety gates. The older kids were thrilled with the video games, shuffle board and bunk beds. The pool area was stunning, with a built-in “beach” and loungers that made it feel like a private resort. And the kayaks were a huge hit for everyone!
We are truly grateful for the warmth and care this home offered. We felt blessed, and we leave with memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Highly, highly recommend.

This house had everything and more that helped our family have a relaxing carefree vacation. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and the fur babies. The fenced in yard was so worry free from pets running away. Will definitely be back and stay longer.
