About this apartment rental
Self-contained one bedroom apartment, centrally located in Mt Albert with easy access to motorways, train and bus transport. Only a few stops to Eden Park, and a direct bus route to Mt Smart.
The studio is above our garage. Our family live in the house in front, so you may see 3 kids and also a very friendly Labrador.
There is a microwave, little fridge, kettle and toaster but no other cooking facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby!
TV is Chromecast only.
Parking on the driveway if needed
