Welcome to this fabulous designed spacious apartment, one bedroom with one bathroom, open space living and dining area with a city view balcony with sitting furniture, enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of New Zealand fine wine in the afternoon, chill and relax.
We have more than ten apartments in the same building, and each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electrical stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.
In the living and dining area, floor to ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine and a balcony to chill and relax. There are a comfortable 2-seater sofa, 43 inches smart TV and Freeview channels. Dining table with chairs.
There is a walk-in shower, washing machine & dryer, and laundry detergent in the bathroom.
Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves and have access to the In-Building Heated Pool, Sauna, and Gym.
Open hour, 7 days, 6 am - 8 pm.

Host was very helpful, nice and useful kitchen. The apartment was pretty clean but the furniture could use some updating. Lots of small things seemed to be broken like the toilet paper holder, couch had a big spring out of place, and the kitchen chairs were torn. The bed was also broken but the host said it would be replaced for the next guest.

Unit is tidy, clean and have everything you need. Location is close to all major attractions in Auckland CBD.
If you are staying for a few days then this might n be the spot for you due to parking.
Ther is no parking at the building but you can get parking around the corner for $30 per night which was a bit of a surprise.
Initial access into the unit is a struggle with incorrect codes froom bookabach. Get into contact with the host days befor the time to make sure you have all the correct Access details.

Location was great it was close to town. Room was clean. Parking available at the wilson carpark behind hotel (different road but stairs at the back lead to hotel). Directions for getting access to the room was reasonably clear.
The bed was broken. The show was loose on the wall. Tried to follow steps to contact owner directly but they did not work.
It worked for what we needed.
