In the heart of the Chiana Valley, at the foot of Cortona, lies this graceful stone house Casina La Graziosa. It is a detached house with private garden and pool at guests's exclusive disposal. The house is ideal for couples or small families. Casina La Graziosa is a single storey cozy cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living area consists of: living room and 2 large sofas and fireplace, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with all modern comforts. In the sleeping area guests will find a double room, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower.
In front of the house there is a gazebo with table and chairs for dining "en plein air". The pool is wonderful located and very wide. The meadow is fenced by laurel. Sun beds are available.

The management company welcomed us to the property. The amenities were excellent with a private swimming pool. Written instructions for the washing machine, dishwasher and garbage disposal would have been helpful

This property is described as "cosy." A more accurate description would be "tiny." The photos are deceptive. I think it would suit a couple better rather than a family of four. My eldest teenage son is tall and didn't fit comfortably into the single bed. My husband and I had to live out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay as there was no hanging space in the master bedroom. The owner's belongings were still in the wardrobe. It was a tight squeeze. The pool is a good size. However the pool shower does not work and the umbrella is torn and has black mould spots - it doesn't look appealing and needs replacing. The gate did not work so we couldn't park our car near the front door. The electricity kept tripping the first night and there was no water for a period. It turns out you can't have the air conditioning running in the kitchen/living area as well as in the bedrooms - only in the 2 bedrooms - or the electricity will trip. The cleaning could be a better standard. The mat in the bathroom is stained. The towels provided were of good quality. It was disappointing that the owner did not provide even 1 roll of toilet paper. The wi-fi was good. The property is located in a nice, quiet area.Would we return? Unfortunately not to this particular property as I don't think it is value for money. The owner needs to make some improvements to achieve a higher star rating.
