About this campground/ rv resort rental

Located within Sunny Lyn Holiday Park, our two bedroom static caravans overlook the small camping field with the beautiful West Lyn River beyond. Guests will benefit from free onsite fishing in the River.

This static caravan sleeps 6 people and also welcomes well behaved dogs (max 2) and they'll thank you for bringing them along as the area is very dog friendly with wonderful walks. We'd happily provide you will information showing you some of the best walks in the area, dog friendly beaches etc.

Whilst not a new unit as it is over 15 years old, the caravan is immaculately clean and aims to provide a budget holiday option. It has a well equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, range of glasses, mugs, saucepans, pyrex's etc. The living area has a TV and gas fire and dining table. Bedroom one is a double room with panel heater and bedroom two is a twin room. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The shower room has a shower, toilet and sink. Superfast WiFi is also available free of charge.

Sunny Lyn has a small shop onsite providing the basics, a launderette (at a small charge) and a cafe serving breakfasts in peak season & some weekends.

There is also onsite parking for one car and once you arrive you may not need to use you car at all as there is so much to do within walking distance.

From the Park, a lovely picturesque walk (less than a mile) will take you into Lynton Town Centre with its wonderful array of shops, restaurants and cafes. From here the famous Victorian cliff railway will take you down to Lynmouth with its beautiful harbour and a further selection of shops, restaurants and cafe's.

This is a wonderful, low cost option for a self catering holiday in Lynton.

Older static caravan but well equipped and spotlessly clean. Parking is limited and half way through the week I was told that apparently I had been parking my car in the wrong space. Other caravaners/ campers saw this and thought it unnecessary. If it is such a problem better/any signage would provide some clarity.
