This delightful cottage, located in the heart of the beautiful village of Combe Martin, is ideal for friends and families seeking a relaxing seaside getaway with easy access to the scenic coast and countryside of Devon. The property is only 100 metres from the lovely, sheltered beach at Coombe Martin, which is a popular choice for rock pooling, paddleboarding and kayaking around the dramatic coastline, where you’ll discover quiet beaches for a picnic. Stroll around the village shops, cafes, and restaurants and pick up the South West Coast Path to enjoy plenty of trails. Enjoy a family day out, with plenty of activities for all ages, at Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park or at historic Watermouth Castle, both within 2 miles. Alternatively, Exmoor National Park is less than 1 mile away, where you can mountain bike and walk, discovering the wild moorland, woodland and coastal landscapes.

The outside space has plenty of room to unwind, with a terrace and outdoor furniture to the front of the house, where you can enjoy breakfast or al fresco dining while watching the waves gently lap the shore.
