Place was nice. The condos were under construction which was a little inconvenient. Water was turned off right as I was getting in the shower without notification. Wasn’t out too long. I think once the place in finished it will be great

We visited March 19-24 and the property was pretty quiet. The apartment hade a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. The elevator is located directly across the entry door so easily accessible for those that can’t do the stairs. Property is a close drive to all things on the emerald coast.
The apartment has newer appliances and an ice maker which was a nice perk! Beach was easily accessible and there is a beach service for chairs you can pay extra for.
The only downside tonight stay was we weren’t told prior to check in that their washer and dryer didn’t work and they were waiting for a replacement part to come in. The part came in the 3rd day we were there but the technician didn’t come back during our stay to fix. We are pending some sort of a refund from the rental company but haven’t heard anything from them since check out.
Even so, I would still recommend this place to small families that would enjoy a peaceful property on the Emerald Coast!
