My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo. Very easy access to the beach and had a great view from the balconyFinding our room was a little tricky because your room number does not match the building that you’re in, but all we did was call the office which they are available around the clock and they assisted us and locating our roomThe condo was clean very nice. Everyone had their own space and we really enjoyed it. We may even come back to the same area again.

This is a great, beautiful location, but the management team is lacking. Our ac went out in the middle of the week (which we understand happens), but their response was extremely unhelpful and created many phone calls on our end. It was no less than 85 degrees in the living space and even hotter in the bedrooms. We had to ask for a source of air, which was answered with 2 box fans, which was not ideal. We didn't receive AC units until the evening before we left, which were just left in our living room. With the windows being sealed shut, we could not set up without help, which was yet another call. Southern Vacation Rentals should have more efficient plans in place to address emergencies.

The condo itself was very nice and clean. There were many stairs but knew that going in. Patty at check in was very helpful
We were very disappointed regarding the pool. The water was so cold the kids couldn’t enjoy it. Also due to construction there were 10-20 men in hardhats working directly in line of the pool. It was not conducive to sitting around the pool. Too many eyes and made us uncomfortable. In their defense no one made any remarks or anything. It was just too many people working in direct line of pool that it was loud and busy
