Aegean #203 has an open floor plan with gulf views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Prepare meals that make memories in this fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and stunning countertops. The coastal chic dining room table seats six and will likely be the centerpiece of fun stories and laughter while you enjoy meals with friends and family. Two counter height stools add for extra seating. A dash of blue and white in the open and bright living room accentuates the spectacular gulf view. The living room furniture, including three recliners, is so comfortable you’ll be looking forward to movie night.
Adjoining the living room is the king-sized master bedroom with sweeping gulf-front views and private balcony access. Main bath boosts a beautifully updated bath with a walk-in shower. Out of the dozens of rentals we've done in Destin, this is probably the cleanest unit we've ever rented. We had one problem with the unit that was taken care of very quickly by the management. Would rent again.

Loved the location, kitchen had everything you need to cook. Great communication, had a minor issue and they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make it right.

Beware: they want to charge an early check-in fee. We refused to pay the extra after already giving them THOUSANDS of our dollars. A simple courtesy of allowing an early check-in goes a LONG way with us, and we will not book again with Salt Water Vacations. (We're talking an hour early, folks. Cleaning crew was already gone. It's difficult to plan a 6.5 hour trip to arrive exactly on time.) We've never had a problem when we've booked directly through VRBO--only with Salt Water Vacations.
