All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, be advised that exterior security cameras are installed on the premises. These cameras are located outside the home and monitor the exterior areas only (e. g. , driveway, front door, backyard). There are NO cameras inside the home.
Security cameras are strictly for security purposes and to ensure guest and property safety.
They do not interfere with guest privacy.

We had a fantastic time at this property! The location is in a quieter part of town but so close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern and the living room was very comfortably furnished. Both King sized beds were so comfortable! We have never slept better in a rental. The views and outdoor areas were just perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing! After a long day of exploring the keys it’s always nice to come back to this house to recharge. We loved the fresh water pool and hot tub in the evenings and the fishing from the house ain’t bad either. This was our second stay at this house and will definitely be back.
