About this cottage rental
Aubergine cottage is a large spacious cottage with patio area and BBQ that is located centrally on the Bay village.
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead is a large luxury kitchen diner / lounge with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break including a large freestanding fridge freezer and granite worktops.
The kitchen features luxury upgraded hob and granite worktop - ideal for making amazing family meals! There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with french doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas. The lounge area features SMART TV - bring your logins for cosy nights in!
The patio area features a stunning new outdoor bench and table for 6 people with a brick built BBQ - ideal for summer breaks!
Across the hall there is a WC and access to a large king size bedroom with windows to the front and rear.
Free unlimited fast wi-fi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find a twin bedroom and a master with king size bed, walk-through wardrobe area, and a shower room ensuite. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Aubergine Cottage is a large pet free house and is ideal for a large family having a coastal escape!

We have been coming to the bay for 8 years now , sometimes multiple times , and this cottage is our favourite by far .

Wow what a fantastic cottage. The best holiday home we have stayed in.
On arrival Aubergine Cottage was exactly like the pictures detailed in the listing. Spotlessly clean, smelt so fresh and clearly well maintained. Kitchen items available were the best we’ve ever had. We did take some kitchen knives, a chopping board and a wok as normally we find these lacking, but we really didn’t need to as everything was provided and of a good quality too which can be unusual for a holiday home
Bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfy, My only criticism was that the pillows were very hard but that’s more a personal preference so we’d bring our own next time.
Cottage was comfortable and very quiet. Heating was efficient and warmed up quickly
Will definitely be back to stay again

A wonderful weekend, at a super equipped cottage. Beautifully presented and layout fab.
Fabulous area for lots of fun to be had.
A very nice walk along the beach to Filey.

We had a lovely Easter holiday stay in this delightful cottage. It is large and well-equipped. Location was excellent and the pool and gym were well used by adults and kids. We enjoyed a petanque championship with the set of balls from the cottage, and lots of family game nights. Lots of nice walks and runs along the beach and cliff tops and we had days out in York and Whitby. We loved the Bay and this house in particular, and kids are already asking if we can return in the summer.
