Welcome to our quiet and comfortable modern alcove style studio with central Air Conditioner, and full equipment kitchen. Just 5.5 km from YVR Airport; 10-15 minute walk to Skytrain&Subway; 15-20 minute drive to UBC. Perfect for travelers, international students, visitors or anyone looking for a private, peaceful stay in to the city.
*Self check-in anytime after 3 PM — perfect for late-arriving travelers.
*This is a completely private condo in a high rise building — no shared spaces. You'll have access to:
-A queen-size bed (sleeps 2) and a sofa bed (sleeps 1)
- A modern kitchen with pans, rick cooker and utensils to enjoy home-cooked meals
- High-end appliances, marble accents, and stylish decoration
- Private washer/dryer, dishwasher, and full bathroom
- Smart TV and 1G high-speed cable WiFi — great for working remotely
- Super quiet and private space, ideal for rest and relaxation
- Central AC with ERV, temperature range 21C-25C
- Monthly Lease Available: October 1st, 2025. Message me for more details
Whether you’re stopping by for a night or planning a longer visit, we look forward to welcoming you to a clean, peaceful, and convenient stay.
1. Please note that some of our neighbors are seniors who may use wheelchairs or move at a slower pace, especially in shared building areas like entrances, hallways and elevator. They are very friendly and won’t affect your in any way. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
2. We are using central air conditioning of the building, the building temperature range 21C-25C, please keep in mind before the booking.
3. If it is possible, please avoid check in between 5-8pm from Friday to Tuesday, the host sometime may not available to assist you to check in at this time slot, please communicate with us about your plan.
4. If you need parking spot, the insurance must includes third-party liability coverage, especially for damage to building property such as gates or garage doors.

This place was perfect for our first trip to Vancouver. The location was right by the bus stop and only a quick 15 minute walk to the metro. The studio had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there included a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with light sensors on the floor, a balcony, and a TV with Netflix! The layout of the studio was great as the bedroom was away from the windows that led outside making it dark and great for sleeping.

Building is quiet and extremely secure. Tenants are friendly and helpful. Unit was immaculate. You get all the conveniences of home; stove, fridge, laundry, air conditioning, a balcony and a comfy bed. Host was pro-active and communication was great. I would definitely recommend booking and will be booking again in the future.

We came to Vancouver from Calgary for a family wedding. The wedding was at Van Dusen Gardens, so the location was super convenient. Many of our family members stayed at hotels conveniently close-by as well. We appreciated the cleanliness of the suite and the full kitchen option. The host was readily available by text for communication. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Vancouver.
