Fully furnished 3 BR / 2 BA brand NEW villa in a new exciting area within walking distance Spanish Moss Recreation Center, two outdoor pools, and the Executive Golf Course! Shaded walking trails, pickel ball courts, put put golf, corn toss, and shuffleboard too! The bright and airy, yet cozy interior will make you feel right at home and the open floor plan is perfect for those seeking convenience. Linens and beach towels included!
The master bath comes with a walk-in closet and walk-in shower with custom tile. The fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of cabinet storage space along with a nice sized pantry closet. The living room sofa is a Queen size sleeper in case you have family visiting. There is a 55-inch TV in the living room and Master bedroom, all bedrooms have wall mounted TV's, Internet Wi-fi, and YouTube + Roku TV.
The garage has parking for both a car and a golf cart. The Spanish Moss Recreation Center is just .5 mile away and has a workout room, workout classes, family pool + restaurant for children and young people. The Publix grocery store is just five minutes away and Brownwood is just 20 minutes away.
Local restuarants we've tried and love: Willies BarBQ, Aw Shucks Oyster Bar, Dairy Queen, and Piesano's Wood Fired Pizza. There are lots of other choices in and around the Villages for you to choose from.
Landscaping is professionally maintained and the grass is mowed weekly.

Excellent location and very nice house. Check in was stressful - didn't have correct code and had to sit outside for over 2 hours. VRBO also not helpful. Once checked in- very nice

I had issues from the very start. I rented this house for family members visiting for Thanksgiving.
First, the code to check in (usually sent 3 days before arrival), was not received. The day of arrival, I'm frantically trying to reach the owner for check in code. The code finally received right before check in time started, unfortunately, it did not work. Tried to reach owner to no avail. Now, I'm forced to make last minute accommodations for guests days before Thanksgiving.
The next morning, still no response from owner. Finally reached out to VRBO and they were able to reach owner. I was informed she would reach out to property manager to see why code was not working. Needless to say, someone had put the bottom lock on the door. I was advised I would be refunded one nights rental.
Now to the property. The house itself was very nice and clean. However, there was spoiled milk in the refrigerator, and dried up pineapple sitting on the island, moldy dishes in dishwasher, and trash in the garage.
There was no clean linen (towels, sheets). They were found in the dryer. Guest washed the sheets and towels; unfortunately the towels (white) would not get clean. Since I live in the area, I was able to provide clean wash clothes and towels. The house did not have any wash clothes. Lastly, there was a lot of ant. Given all the initial drama, family enjoyed themselves.
