Paradise Found! Your search should end here with a gorgeous, fully furnished and totally equipped 3 Bedroom Courtyard Villa in the Village of Cason Hammock. The Villages Courtyard Villa series offers a spacious, enclosed backyard that is wonderful for privacy. We allow 2 dogs up to 30 lbs. Sorry, no cats. Climate controlled Square Footage is 1503.
Beautiful decor and a complete kitchen set up will meet your every need. Our Villa has 3 full bedrooms, all with spacious closets, and 2 baths. The floorplan is set up with the Master, and Master Bath en-suite, and the bath is complete with a Walk-in Roman shower, 2 sinks and 2 closets. Guest bedroom 1 is set up as a suite, with its bathroom adjacent and a pocket door, that one could close off from the rest of the villa. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the home. Our laundry room comes furnished with a front-load washer and dryer. There is also a furnished lanai and concrete patio with grill provided for your use.
The adult pool is within walking distance from the villa. The Ezell Regional Recreation Center is loaded with activities each day and a Sports pool for lap swimming, water aerobics, and water volleyball, an 18 hole putting green, Tennis, Pickleball, Corn Toss, Bocce, and Shuffleboard, just a few minutes from the villa. Nearby Lake Deaton Plaza offers a Publix (grocery store), restaurants and other necessities including nail salon and barber shop. Sawgrass Grove is nearby and offers entertainment with nightly bands, a food court and a marketplace, all 3 minutes from the Villa. You will have no trouble finding something enjoyable to do and to get around easier, a 2-seater gas golf cart is included with your stay.
Optional Fee: $50 OPTIONAL Villages ID for 2 people (paid by TENANT directly to The Villages) allows access to the following: golf at over 30 executive golf courses, access to 13 championship golf courses (fees apply), community pools, dog parks and over 3,000 organized social club activities.

This home is beautiful! Spacious, comfortable beds, and close to squares for entertainment or dining. Sawgrass is a short golf cart ride and Brownwood is super close as well! Communication process was great as well. We Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I (4) of us had an amazing stay for Christmas week. We visited my parents in The Villages on and off for a week, while we did other amxing things.
The owner of the property is so kind and generous. A true gentleman. We will definitely be back when we can.
