Can I say that I almost don't want to give a review because I am worried the next time I want to stay it won't be available? A very nice property with a water view filled with wonderful tropical birds. A nice space with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to stay as if it was your own home. The golf cart works great and is new, as well as the bicycles waiting for you in the garage. Their is a broken down car in the garage but it is only taking up one space.The property is a short walk, ride, or golf cart trip to two recreation centers as well as Boosters Bar and Grill. As Eastport develops this will be a prime location; as well as Middleton.The owner is very responsive and friendly. We ran out of trash bags early on and he immediately contacted us for help. I believe anything we needed he would have been as helpful as possible but it wasn't needed, he had plenty of extra supplies for loads of laundry and the bathrooms.Book away but avoid next Spring when I want to be there! ;)
