Glad you made it this far. This home is BRAND NEW and the whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Golf cart Rentals are just minutes from Brownwood Square. On the square you will also find Boutique Shops, restaurants and bars , Publix grocery stores and other Dining options are also a short distance from the house.

The house was beautiful, centrally located, and communication with the owner was easy. I definitely recommend this property. Very easy to navigate, check in and check out was a breeze.

Owner wasn’t available to respond to requests to provide door code just an hour early. Also didn’t provide it by 4 pm, the time rental started. I had to make several attempts to reach him, and had to go through VRBO customer service. to finally get him to call me. Then said “sorry for the confusion.” When he was at fault, and there was no “confusion.”
