Was a wonderful stay. The view from the deck is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were all great. Our party was able to catch fish right below the house.Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean. The deck was great, loved the river access and view, proximity to Salida, and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely place!

The house is great -- spacious well-stocked kitchen with a dining table large enough to seat our group of six. The layout of the bedrooms was great as everyone had privacy and close access to a bathroom. Between the living room and the loft area, there was plenty of comfortable seating for reading or watching a movie. The deck had a great view and furniture - plenty of room for outside dining. It was also nice that there was off-street parking space large enough to accommodate our three vehicles. The only disappointment was the lack of access to the river. Although it looked great in the photos, the high water level due to the runoff eliminated that access entirely. For us that was a real letdown since that was the primary reason we selected this property. By the end of June, the water level will likely be lower and fishing from the property will be possible.
