All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 days prior 50% refund, 15 or less, no refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

The accommodations were even better than expected, with plenty of comfortable space to gather and eat, fresh, like new linens, and a beautiful rooftop. Kitchen came equipped with everything needed to cook. 10/10!

Very nice house. We enjoyed the quality bedding, clean modern bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchen. The bonus was being 4-5 blocks to downtown and walking to shop and eat dinner.

The property is lovely and very well equipped. The agency staff is responsive. Broken microwave replaced the next day. The air conditing was a continuing problem however. The new mini splits are giving them a lot of trouble and they need to help users who have never encountered this new thing to understand and operate them. That said, we were uncomfortably warm in the evenings for most of our stay, one bedroom has no minisplit and in one bedroom they never got it to work...so if you are coming in summer, ask hard questions about what you can expect.
