Perfect getaway vacation home for families!
The home is beautifully furnished and provides plenty of space for a large group - both inside and outside on the gorgeous deck! Had a few glitches (mainly just bad luck) and found the host (or hosts) to be a bit slow in responding to questions or issues! All in all, a great trip and would definitely recommend!

This property is perfect for people wanting to stay ON THE WATER and have easy access to Salida. There is even a breakfast diner two minutes away in Howard! The views off each side of the house are absolutely incredible. The river is not only fishable from the property’s private beach, we caught trout right right away on my birthday! The check in and out was easy and the house is secluded from neighbors but not far from civilization. Perfect for a unforgettable vacation!

Unfortunately we arrived that evening to uncleaned home. I called the host and did not receive a call back, until noon the next day. That night we were on our own. We stripped the beds, washed all the sheets and towels, vacuumed and spot cleaned the restrooms, ourselves. the house cleaner did come the following day for all the rest. There was NO hot tub, as stated in the listing. It is “tired” property, my guess run by a management co.... the heat is very uneven from room to room. The pluses
were; Beds were comfortable, spaces large were large with plenty of room, and the restroom supplies were generous. In the end they did compensate us some. if the Hot tub mentioned was there it would have made the stay much more tolerable.
