Welcome to the Farm

Nice large farmhouse surrounded by fields. Comfortable beds, great showers (2) and lots of hot water despite there being 11 of us. Plenty of room for family dining inside and out. However, it could have been in better condition on arrival . There were broken roof tiles and lots of weeds growing around the poolside, the bedding and towels were clean but the property was generally tired and not particularly clean. The fridge did not work properly which was an issue as we stayed during hottest week of summer so far. Alix visited to check on us, but was unable to rectify the fridge and offered another, but that didn't work either! Plentiful supplies of cutlery, crockery and serving plates but short on racks for the oven and pots and pans. It was great to have our own pool, but needs to be kept clean by use of robot and topped up with water by guests. Large parties need more sunbeds and guests should be aware there is no WiFi.

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Great for families and in a beautiful spot.

We had a very peaceful stay at the farm. It was a joy to be surrounded by fields full of sunflowers and spot wildlife from the house - butterflies, buzzards, and even a hare! House was very clean, really comfortable beds and lovely pool. Due to some wet weather during our stay we spent more time indoors than hoped and found it tricky seating 8 of us comfortably in the living room - maybe an extra sofa could be added to provide additional seating? Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend! Thank you Alix!
