We spent a wonderful 4 days here with family.
The house has plenty of space, a beautiful pool and is about 6 mins drive from a boulangerie and 20 mins from Angers.
The grounds of this house save it from a three star rating. This old house boasts a renovated kitchen but the rest of the house is pretty rundown.
The kitchen is very well equipped but there was no freezer available.
The cleanliness and freshness of the property could have been a little better.
There are plenty of bathrooms but many of the en-suites lack toilets.
There is a gas griddle but no barbecue.
The hosts provided tennis equipment.
It’s not super kid friendly, lots of antique furniture that could get damaged.
The beds weren’t made on arrival which was a bit annoying given the nightly rate. More towels could have been made available.
Overall a great property that has plenty of potential and we really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful surroundings. Lots of interesting birds around, including woodpeckers, hoopoe, golden oriole, skylark to name a few. Wildlife was amazing!
