Welcome to the Grand Gîte La Monerie, a residence of character in the heart of nature, designed to meet each other. This elegant architect's house has been completely renovated, where comfort, space and serenity combine to accommodate up to 15 people in the best conditions.
Located on the Angers Rennes axis, only 30 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Rennes or Nantes, La Monerie is an ideal meeting point for family reunions, stays with friends, private events or business trips.
Nestled in an unspoilt estate of 11,000 m² bordered by a river below, this property offers a rare environment, conducive to relaxation, sharing or work.
Behind its large bay windows opening onto nature, its 370 m² reveal generous spaces bathed in light, designed to combine conviviality and privacy.

A fully equipped kitchen with many preparation and preparation equipment

A large dining room that can accommodate 15 diners around the same table.

One of the great assets of La Monerie lies in its 8 independent bedrooms, all equipped with their private bathroom, toilet, television, internet connection and locking.
The very comfortable electric beds (140 or 160 cm) allow each occupant to enjoy a real personal space, particularly appreciated during group stays where privacy is often sought.

The finished basement hosts a 35 m² meeting room with equipped kitchen and access
direct to the garden.
An ideal configuration for seminars, training courses, team meetings or business trips wishing to combine work and a privileged setting.

It is an excellent starting point to explore the riches of the territory: La Mine Bleue, Centrale 7, the Château de la Lorie, the Oudon and Mayenne valleys, the Château de Pouancé, the Haras national du Lion d'Angers, Terra Botanica, the Château du Plessis-Macé, or the Château du Roi René in Angers.
We are 30 minutes from Angers train station, 2 hours from Paris Montparnasse (train + taxi), one hour from Nantes airport, 20 minutes from Château Gontier.
