Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a 35 m² dining area and a 34 m² living room with billiards. A 40 m² natural stone room is set up for entertainment with a spa (for 6), foosball, darts, ping-pong table, and various games.

- 9 m² bedroom with two single beds (or one double)
- Bathroom with shower and tub, separate WC
Upstairs:
- Three bedrooms (each can be arranged as a double): one 19 m² with four singles; two 16 m² rooms, one with two singles, the other with two singles and a trundle bed
