Experience lakefront living at its finest at this lovely, dog and family-friendly home on Lake Anna! Life is Good is a two-story retreat, with lake views from every room, that truly lives up to its name! Featuring high ceilings, warm wood accents, and a spacious kitchen, guests will have all the comforts of home in a serene setting for fun and relaxation both inside and out! The basement game room is renovated and complete with a foosball table, pub table, Ping-Pong table, darts, and classic arcade games (Pac-Man, Galaga, DigDug, and more). The game room opens up to a screened porch that has also been renovated and features a sectional sofa and gas firepit, in addition to chairs and table seating. Here, wall-to-wall windows allow you to admire the sparkling waters of the lake, protected and shaded, without moving an inch from your vacation rental. You'll also have direct access to the private brand-new dock. During the warmer months get out on the lake, using the three stand-up paddleboards or the canoe! This ground-floor level also boasts two bedrooms (one being a bunk bedroom with a Bluetooth-enabled/colored LED light fixture the kids will love), a laundry room with a washer/dryer and full-size fridge, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The main floor open-concept living room/dining room combination has spectacular lake views, high vaulted ceilings, and indoor dining. This area opens up to a terrific lakefront wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill, perfect for dining alfresco. The ample, fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to whip up practically everything that comes to mind. The second level of this home also features two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en suite), both with lake views. Utilize the fast, reliable Xfinity high-speed internet for work or play. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room with access to a streaming network, cable, and movie services.

This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
