Very disappointed but stayed because to late to find another place.

The location. House was a little dated.

It was not clean at the time of our check in time and didn't get clean until 8:30 pm. Cleaning not the best. Outlets not working in the restroom near the laundry room. Sink not connected in the basement/kitchen.

Don’t rent it. The outdoor facilities of the house are not good.

Hello, And thank you for our stay. The house is located in a good area for the price. Location I can rate as 4. The house itself is good size and can accommodate a lot of people. For the space in the house I can rate 5. Just a quick note, there are no black ou curtains in the bedrooms, that was not comfortable for those who like sleeping until later. The cleaning of inside the house was poor. Very dirty walls and carpet with lots of stains. It’s kind of gross. Even the door knobs were sticky and dirty. The kitchen is a good size, however, the cabinets were very very dirty, and everything inside the cabinets was a mess and very dirty. I don’t think they ever checked how the last guest washed the utensils or not, and they never do it for the next guest. For the kitchen I can rate 2, just because the appliances worked well. The space outside of the house is huge, but not useful because deck was very very dirty, the grill is disgustingly dirty, even the table on the deck was never cleaned. I had to wash it before use it because it was horrible. The backyard was overgrown so it was horrible to get close to the water. If I had kids that like to play outside, it would be impossible. The area where the kayaks are was dirty, with trash left from previous guests, overgrown grass and overall dirty deck area. The little beach area close to the water was not usable at all.. My rate for the outdoors of this house is zero, but I guess I can only rate from 1, so 1 it’s. The checkout time is 10am, when in booking it was saying 12pm. And there was no negotiation on that. Thank you.
