Located in Greenville, this gorgeous house features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The living room includes a twin-sized daybed with a trundle bed, so you can have a king-sized bed or 2 separate twin beds. Only 12 minutes to downtown Greenville, 8 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest, and less than 5 minutes to Furman University. You’ll feel tucked away on the mountain, while still being minutes from everything this area has to offer. Less than 1-mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and next door to Paris Mountain State Park for those who love to hike and bike! 5 minutes from the historic Peddler Steakhouse and hundreds of other wonderful restaurants! With a fire pit, a porch swing bed, furnished screened in porch, and an outdoor grill, guests can relax and unwind in this amazing retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

Property was located just a short drive from downtown Greenville but felt like you were miles from downtown. House is nestled in the rolling hills and the neighborhood was full of friendly folks. Our little one enjoyed walking down the roads and saying hi to everyone. The inside is perfect for two couples or small family. Yard is fenced in so if you have little wanders they will still contained. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics to cook but also good assortment of local eateries nearby. We have stayed in many Rentals around Greenville in the last 8years and this is one of our favorites. One last bit may seem odd, but this rental actually had good toliet paper, most rentals put the crappy sandpaper cheapest they find, they may pinch a penny but it's the little things we remember in our rentals.

Everything was just as noted in the description of this charming home. Very clean and super comfortable, which made our stay in Greenville, that much nicer. Kathleen was very attentive from check in to check out and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this home.

If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and pet friendly in Greenville, then look no further than this property. It's spacious, well-equipped, relatively quiet, and the host is very communicative. If we're ever back in town, this is the first place we'd consider staying again!
