The living room includes a twin-sized daybed with a trundle bed, so you can have a king-sized bed or 2 separate twin beds. Only 12 minutes to downtown Greenville, 8 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest, and less than 5 minutes to Furman University. You’ll feel tucked away on the mountain, while still being minutes from everything this area has to offer. Less than 1-mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and next door to Paris Mountain State Park for those who love to hike and bike! 5 minutes from the historic Peddler Steakhouse and hundreds of other wonderful restaurants! With a fire pit, a porch swing bed, furnished screened in porch, and an outdoor grill, guests can relax and unwind in this amazing retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and pet friendly in Greenville, then look no further than this property. It's spacious, well-equipped, relatively quiet, and the host is very communicative. If we're ever back in town, this is the first place we'd consider staying again!

Everything was cozy and ready. Parking was simple and i loved how quiet the area was to be able to enjoy the outdoors

All was good. 2 items that I think would help. 1). Front door was difficult to lock and unlock.2) need instructions for thermostat Otherwise our stay was as advertised.
