About this house rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 2 bath home located on 1.5 acres. Located 5 minutes from GSP Airport and 10 min to beautiful downtown Greenville and Falls Park. Also 2 minutes from Woodruff Rd, where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping plazas. Kitchen is fully equipped and property has a BBQ Grill outside. The master suite is upstairs with it's own bathroom and extra large soaking tub. There is also a large loft area outside the master, perfect for some quite office work or a game area for the kids. Out the back door of the house is a fenced area that is secure and makes a safe place for pets.
On occasion we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This must be arranged with the owner in advance of your stay and a small additional fee may apply.
We have a 2 night minimum stay.
No parties allowed. The outside of the property is monitored by video surveillance.

Great host and very responsive. Wish the water pressure in upstairs was better but the serenity of the property and central location make this a winner hands down

The property was modern, immaculate and perfectly fit our needs as we explored Greenville and the surrounding area. Our two golden retrievers enjoyed playing in the large front yard and although traffic was heavy on the main road, the house sits well back and the front porch provided a quiet setting for morning coffee and evening cocktails. No grill that we could find, but we made do.

It was perfect for pets and the location seemed remote but we were 1.5 miles away from food and groceries

Only stayed one night as our rental home became available. The layout of the home was odd and the family room and kitchen are very small.
