The Space:

Perfect fit for families or professionals.
Located on the fifth floor (elevator available) of a prestigious and classic Milanese building, the flat features a very large living area with direct access to balcony, dedicated dining area and modern kitchen. The property is beautifully designed and decorated, with parquet floors and top level design furniture.
Also the balcony has table and chairs and is decorated with beautiful plants.
Master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, and direct access to the balcony, second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
From the living room you can access to the top floor level through a spiral staircase, where you'll find a second sitting area/media room with a single sofa bed, so a 5th guest can be accommodated. From this level there is also access to a huge rooftop terrace.
The flat is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for a perfect stay, like kitchen appliances, coffee machine, smart TV with Netflix and streaming services (only in master bedroom), and much more.
High quality linens and towels provided.
Included cleaning service twice a week with the housekeeper.

What an amazing rental in one of the best neighborhoods in Milan. We felt safe in this area of town with their chic bistros, friendly people, and the team met us at the apartment for check in. It was very easy!The apartment is on the top floor and the elevator goes up to floor 4 so if you have mobility issues, it could be of concern. The washer/dryer unit did work but don't rely on it too much. The sofa bed is up the spiral stairs so if you are expecting to use it, know that. The unit is decorated very eclectically yet simple as the pictures show and it could use some TLC. Overall, we had a great a time in this marvelous flat and I would rent it again!

Pros: the location is amazing.Cons: This is far from "luxurious" as claimed by the posting and is not worth the expensive rate/night. We ran out of hot water halfway through the trip, had to text the host who gave us instructions on what to do. It was eventually fixed after a day but we shouldn't have to manually restart hot water tanks on a "luxurious" apartment listing. Also worth noting that the host messaging through the VRBO app was awful. Response times were brutal, and often did not answer our concerns. The wifi signal does not adequately reach either one of the bedrooms, so expect disconnections and slow internet if you're browsing from there. This was a business trip for us so pretty brutal not to have reliable internet from the bedrooms. Easy to get a wireless extender but they don't have one. The rooftop you see is lovely, but they have no furniture so you don't really hang out there. Again, nice to stand up on the rooftop but annoying not to be able to sit anywhere. The AC units were pretty decent, except in the upstairs room that has the pull out. Can't sleep there comfortably if it's 35-40C, which was the average temperature while we were there. Last couple of things: kitchen oven was missing a panel and the tap was not functioning properly. At the end of the day, this was far from luxurious and not worth the money. Overall disappointed and would not stay again.
