This cozy, clean ground-level efficiency comfortably sleeps four with a king bed and a queen sleep sofa. Enjoy relaxing on the private patio with comfortable seating after a day at the beach.
Location: Just a few homes from the sand in North Rehoboth Beach—park and walk to the shore!
Parking: Garage parking for one car. A community parking permit is required for all vehicles.
Amenities: Rooftop community pool (open Sunday–Friday, 3–6 PM; closed Saturdays), outdoor shower, Wi-Fi for streaming services only, large courtyard with a Koi pond, coin-operated washer and dryer, and elevator access.
Things to Know: Linens are not supplied but can be rented. Pets are prohibited. No grilling. Reservations must be for seven nights or longer. Enter through the lobby/entrance to access your unit. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

You can't beat the location of this property, right off the boardwalk and just a few blocks down from Rehoboth Ave. Lots of great nearby shopping and dining.
The space is really perfect for 2 guests. It is not inaccurate to say that it could be booked for 4, but it would be very cozy!
It is clean, comfy, and everything you could possibly need for a great beach trip. The building's pool is very small (but who needs a pool when you are this close to the beach). Check in and out was also easy. Wifi was dependable and fast enough for me to remote work. The space (as advertised) is small and fairly minimal/no frills, but I found it to be exactly what we needed for two of us and not spending a lot of time inside because we were one block from the beach!

Awesome location and very quiet. Very secure building. No dishwasher, but very easy to hand wash dishes. Excellent communication with owner. He came over to fix a trivial issue. Would definitely stay again.

Needed to be more detailed. Description of property not accurate....no washer and dryer in condo. Then had to use elevator and walk far to the washing room... then no change machine ..needed quarters to wash. Not good. For the price it should be included. Put this detail in ad!!!Sitting on patio, I felt like I was in a box. Not relaxing. Pool was very small. Too many kids could not use it and relax. Very disappointed.
