All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. Due to oversight.. place hadn’t been cleaned upon arrival & was beyond what a former renter should consider suitable for checkout. Day 1 evening spent waiting 4 cleaning crew til 8:45pm & then place cleaned. They did an excellent job place was spotless.. but it was an inconvenience. Unfortunately doors (both) to bathrooms didn’t close at all & to force would’ve broken off hinges. microwave fan cover was broken, and although everything was brand new things like hangers, can opener, bottle opener just basic kitchenware was meager at best. … Day 3 contractor came to remove both bathrooms doors & saw off bottoms so they fit to close but microwave part needed ordering (didn’t impact use). There was water leak in laundry room so Day 4 contractor came back fortunately not water heater but condenser pipe for AC he easily fixed. Although both TV’s in bedroom are smart there was no streaming devices such as appletv/amazon fire stick to facilitate viewing of content. So just note that & issue of kitchen gear. Local broker was phenomenal & responsive but alot of moving parts to get us settled. We would/will absolutely stay again just wanted to make aware of some issues. Quick run to dollar store solved some needs which we left for next visitor.
