Great location right in the heart of Downtown Rehoboth Beach! Park your car in your provided off-street spot and walk to everything. Just 2 blocks to the boardwalk and beach, and 2 blocks to the shopping, dining and nightlife of Rehoboth Avenue. Our 2nd floor condo will make you feel at home while on vacation with a kitchen for your convenience.
Please note linens (sheets, towels, and pillowcases) are not included with this rental. All other essentials are provided. If you need linen service, we can provide you with referrals to a local provider.
New Updates: We have upgraded with a Roku-enabled smart TV. You can watch your own streaming services or enjoy 100s of channels available via Roku. New queen beds and new queen sleeper sofa May 2024. New window AC units.

We had a wonderful time using this property for a few days at the beach. The location makes it very walkable. We didn't even move our vehicle during the stay.
The apartment worked great for our family of 4.
Only note to keep in mind: The parking lot is incredibly narrow, so you are not able to park with a large vehicle.
We would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

My friend and I were thrilled with this place! Two bedrooms, comfy living room and kitchen, plenty of space for us. Just a few blocks to ocean - and as a bonus a parking pass if we needed to drive closer! Definitely will try to stay here again.

Very nice location one block to downtown- Unit in second level. Not as updated. Very quite surroundings . Appreciate TV ROKU.
