Beds extremely comfortable. Apartment was clean. Nice fit for two families traveling together or a situation where guests knew each other. Gorgeouus back porch, unfortunately overlooked neighbors house so we spent our time watching them prepare their spaghetti dinners. No second exit from second floor, wouldn't bring a family for that reason. Overall we had a good visit because there were not other guests in the apartment below. This rental should not come up as a pet friendly house when searched as such. It is two apartments and should be noted as such before reservation is made. It is very close to everything, but on a busy road , short cut between Rt 1 and Rehoboth. Heavy traffic with lots of excessive speed. Glad we visited off season.

Great location inside Rehoboth near Silver Lake. Clean though carpet had stains. Nice spacious porch with fans. Moderately well equipped kitchen.

Very clean and nice! Location was great. We easily walked to downtown rehoboth and the beach. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and safe
