Wake up to the sunrise over the Atlantic in this bright and cheerful one-bedroom condo located in a beachfront building at the quieter north end of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. From the private 6th-floor balcony, you can sip your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in and beach life slowly come to life below.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests, with a queen bedroom and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. The open living area is light-filled and welcoming, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out for a day in the sun.
Step outside and you’re just moments from the sand and surf, protected by Rehoboth Beach’s famous lifeguards. Prefer a pool day? Guests also have access to the building’s outdoor pool with lounge chairs and a lifeguard on duty (open seasonally).
One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Park your car and forget about it for the week. From this north Boardwalk spot you can walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, Funland, and the Bandstand concerts, all while enjoying a slightly quieter stretch of the beach. After a busy evening downtown, return to your balcony perch above it all and watch the lights of the Boardwalk glow. Easy access to the Gordon's Pond state park bike trails. Sun rises and moon rises were stunning, including full moon! The balcony was a lovely place to share meals and people watch. We enjoyed having relaxed days and wonderful food at a variety of restaurants.

Great communication the owner Had everything set up so when we got there, it was a very smooth process. The place could not have been any nicer. The location was phenomenal.
