Charming second floor carriage house with two bedrooms and one bath plus an outdoor shower. Completely renovated with everything brand new. Sleeps 4. Best for 2 adults and 2 children. Walk to everything in town and the boardwalk and beach.
Please note that bed and bath linens are not provided and guests will need to bring or rent them. We can provide a list of vendors who will pick up and deliver. Bedroom 1 is Queen bed; Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds.
Side staircase leads to the second floor landing. Living room and complete kitchen in main room. Full bath with shower. Two bright bedrooms and lots of light throughout the apartment.
Vaulted ceilings in the main living area and bedrooms. All new furniture and bedding, kitchen and bath fixtures and renovated flooring and walls. Air conditioned with wifi and HDTV in the living room.
Located just two blocks to the beach and 1 block from Rehoboth Ave. convenient to everything in Rehoboth - restaurants, shopping and entertainment. One assigned off-street parking place plus one parking pass for on-street parking. Fully equipped kitchen.

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Great communication with property manager. Very comfortable beds. Heat/air was easy to use. Nice size kitchenette. List of directions were easy to follow & complete. Great location, 3 blocks from beach & 2 blocks to Rehoboth Avenue. Walk to all shops & restaurants. Would recommend for a couple or maybe a family with 1 small child.
