One of the best locations in Rehoboth Beach for anyone looking to spend their vacation as close to the beach as possible. Located behind the Green Man restaurant, it is just 1/2 block to the beach and the Boardwalk and one block from the numerous shops on Rehoboth Avenue. Renters can park their car in the private lot on arrival and let it sit there all week until they leave, as so much is within walking distance. The efficiency style apartment features one full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size Murphy bed, 1 Double Sleep sofa. Guests provide their own linens unless a linen package is purchased. Unit is cooled by one air conditioning unit.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
No oversized vehicles permitted in the parking lot. The owner provides one on street parking permit for the City of Rehoboth.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $116.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Location is fabulous and the unit was very clean and well taken care of. Nice updated bathroom vanity. AC worked great. We didn’t realize it was basically one room with a Murphy bed in the middle of the room when open, along with a sofa, a small but adequate kitchen, and bath. That said, the Murphy bed was comfortable and we got used to the compact space. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. We never had to move the car and that’s a real plus in Rehoboth!

Main area seemed to be clean however the shower had some sand in it. Air conditioning and shops near by which is a bonus. Free parking however if you have a car low to the ground you will scrape and if there are more than 2 cars in the lot you will not be able to get out. For the price and location it’s good.

The location of this property is excellent. Very close to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave - but also set back off the street so that it is quiet. Plenty of space for 2 people, the murphy bed was comfortable and made for a great use of the space. Overall, the place was well-maintained, but it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival which was disappointing. Things happen and I've addressed with the property manager - will update this review with the resolution.
