The 2900 ft2 home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features three spacious bedrooms plus 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include four queen beds and one king bed in the master suite. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, along with an additional half bathroom in the common area for added convenience.
One of the highlights of Casa Quivira is its spectacular terrace, offering panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding rainforest. Here, you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze while taking in the sights and sounds of Costa Rica’s incredible wildlife living in perfect harmony.
Guests are just a short walk from Tulemar’s beautiful private beach and enjoy complimentary internal transportation throughout the resort. Tulemar is ideally located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, only 4 kilometers from the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park.

Our stay at Casa Quivira 406 far exceeded our expectations. We arrived in a rain storm to be met by Tito after 24 hours of travelling and we began to relax the moment we walked in. The house is as stated, clean, spacious, comfortable, well stocked and with an unprecedented view! We saw playful monkeys and beautiful macaws and even sloths hanging around. Being part of Tulemar resort gives all the amenities of the resort but allows you to have the comforts of your own home. Being able to cook some meals and have snacks etc is very important when having teenage boys. The grocery store is also within walking distance! One important thing to note that is not in the description is that this home comes with a concierge, Tito Borge. He is super important to how smoothly this house runs and to any activities you might want to do. He will help coordinate them all and rearrange things if weather becomes unpredictable. He can even set up transportation to/from the airport! He really makes your vacation run super smoothly and is available at all times to answer even the littlest questions! Thank you Tito!

we had multiple family’s (10 total people) stay at this home! we had the best week! our concierges, Tito and Emi, were extremely responsive and made our trip better and more smooth! the cleaning lady was absolutely amazing and so so nice! we did have some older people in our group, and the stairs down the the house and within the house began to get to us by the end of the trip. so just be aware before booking! but i would highly recommend this home to everyone! the view was beautiful, the animals on the property was amazing to see every day! and the shuttle service around the property was extremely handy! lots to do in the resort and right outside on the road with many other food and shopping options!
