1. Our host receiving you will always practice social distancing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will only be provided for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. A $400-500 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) will be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items.

The Casa Samba has 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms and was built into a bluff, overlooking the rain-forest with vast Pacific Ocean views near Playa Espadilla white sand beach. The home is situated in the perfect little neighborhood, with plenty of privacy for your next vacation. You will also enjoy that the home is very accessible to local restaurants, shops and to Manuel Antonio National Park. The National Park is more than worth a visit, not just because you are so close, but because it is home to beautiful beaches, wildlife, and amazing greenery.
THE SPACE
The villa’s multi-level living spaces all open to ocean breezes and tropical gardens with exotic sounds and scents from the local flora and fauna. This is not the typical vacation villa that was hastily built to get a quick flip. The owner actually lived in Casa Samba with his family, sparing no details to make this an original and exquisitely designed Balinese style home. Includes cathedral bamboo open beam ceilings, hand-carved stone and glazed earthenware custom sinks, custom stonework and tile, exotic hardwoods and original art from around the world.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Pacific Canyon Drive is a private gated neighborhood set-off the main Manuel Antonio road. It is a community built by expats that wanted the comforts of modern luxury living within a tropical beach town. All conveniences and necessities are available by bus, taxi or walking distance.

Andrés, our host was very welcoming and served all of our needs expeditiously. The house has beautiful ocean views and is spacious.We were in Quepos to fish a tournament and the transportation was always on time. I would not recommend this house for guests with young children as there are 50 steps to reach the entrance and the main bedrooms within the house are all reached by a spiral staircase with a single bedroom on each of the upper 4 levels. Also the pool on one side has a narrow path with no railing and the drop off is steep. The outdoor seating area off of the kitchen was our main hang out area, as well as the tv room which is on the third level and has open walls with a wonderful breeze and a pool table. The housekeeper did our laundry daily which was a huge bonus. It was fun to watch the monkeys playing on the rooftops below and bouncing off of the trees. I would recommend this house for an adult get away.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location! The view is mindblowing. Air conditioning was ice cold. Maid service every day. Carlos and Andreas helped us with everything we needed. The private chef made the best lobster I’ve ever had. 10/10 with everything! We will absolutely be back. Note: There are a lot of steps in this home. And I mean a lot. So just take note of that if you have anyone with mobility issues. But that’s the price you gotta pay if you want to be on a home built into a mountain with spectacular views. Worth it!

We absolutely loved Casa Samba. The host, concierge and housekeeper were helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was ideal in terms of being quietly situated off the main road but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We saw wildlife everyday. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool was a nice addition, allowing us to cool off after long days doing activities. If we return to Manuel Antonio we will definitely book this property again.

This really is the most beautiful house! We loved our stay! Lots of stairs inside and out, but definitely worth it! We saw more animals and birds at our house than we did Manuel Antonio National Park!
