Looking for a beach condo in an Oceanfront resort-like complex with an upscale, comfortable interior at an affordable price? Well, just flip flop on in to the Flip Flop Inn! The living area has been updated with a queen size sofa bed a 2 comfortable chairs. It opens to a balcony with breakfast bar. The chef in your party will enjoy cooking in the updated kitchen with stainless appliances, recessed lighting, and wood-look tile floors. The bedroom has a king size bed plus a twin daybed, and the updated bath has a gorgeous walk-in shower, with a separate dressing area.
Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.
Flip Flop Inn comes with one conveniently close garage parking space.
You'll enjoy all of the amenities of North Coast Village. As you walk through the staffed secure gate to oceanfront North Coast Village, you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.
You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit.
When you venture through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat with volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back! Beach towels and chairs are provided with the condo.
To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.

We had no idea where the unit was located on the property when we booked. Unfortunately it’s at the front next to the street leading to the beach and the train tracks. Even though there is no AC, we anticipated the ocean breeze would be enough. But because of where the unit is, there is no breeze. There were two fans in the unit but it wasn’t enough to cool it down. The property is very beautiful and tropical; very well maintained. But it’s huge and you can get lost very easily! The property owner should create a guide for the unit with helpful info such as how to access streaming channels and other info about the unit. The screen in the bedroom needs to be repaired so the window can be left open. Replace the can opener as it’s terribly rusted. Put a chain on the door so it can be opened for a cross breeze. We will definitely stay in this complex again, just not in this unit.

Love the location. The property itself can get confusing and is a little maze like but with time it was easier to navigate. Our condo had plenty ofToilet paper, towels and chairs for the beach. Included fans which came in handy on hotter days. The only negative was a baby seat that was there for convenience has mold in the tray so we were unable to use that for our one year old.

The condo was nice. It was right by the train tracks so it was loud when the windows were open. The condo had a very musty smell (bad water smell) when the shower was used. The property was nice and it served the purpose to sleep. We didn’t spend much time in the condo due to the smell.
