Renovated in 2022 - all new paint in coastal colors, new carpets, new appliances and more...Beachfront upper, end unit cottage with amazing white water ocean, river, harbor and mountain views from living area and master bedroom. Private entrance with no common areas (unlike hotels or interior units at North Coast Village), fully equipped kitchen, secluded beach, large resort style heated pool and hot tub. Two extra windows in the living area and a skylight in each bathroom give this cottage in North Coast Village lots of natural light (only found in the few end unit upper level cottages). The cottage's private entrance is only a few steps up from the luscious grounds, and you can leave the door open for more light and a nice ocean breeze. The kids can play on the beach or the yard next to cottage, and you watch them while relaxing inside or on the deck. North Coast Village's family friendly, resort-like setting has 24/7 security with garage parking and every amenity including extensive tropical gardens, fitness center, putting green, table tennis, billiards, hot tubs, beautiful heated pools, and laundry facilities. Boogie boards, towels, chairs and umbrella for your use are included. Sit by the cozy fireplace, or on the deck to watch the sunset over the ocean, and enjoy the flickering harbor lights. Kitchen is fully equipped for eating in or take a leisurely walk to the restaurants and shops at the harbor.

The location of the unit was amazing and the ocean views were enjoyed every night. The unit had plenty of beach equipment that our family appreciated. We also had plenty of clean towels and sheets.The unit was a bit dated and had some broken items. The window shutters were broken on some windows, the garbage disposal did not work and the crib provided in the unit was very dirty. Overall these things were minor and did not negatively impact our trip but they probably should be addressed.

Could Use Some Improvements. The property had potential, but it wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and several items weren’t working properly. While the location was fine, the overall experience was a bit disappointing compared to what we've experienced in other units at this location.

Oceanside was so awesome! Everything about the condo was easy, we could see the beach, walk to the beach less than 5 min And the harbor less than 10. Delicious food! So much fun, Amazing activities, dolphin watching, parasailing, bogey boards, etc etc etc. And the fireworks!! We could see so many fireworks for like three hours right from our balcony! They were lighting them off all up the way and we had the best view! So memorable for everyone. Kids, adults, teen. And LEGOLAND was led than 15 min away and that was really neat. So much to say. Property manager was informative and friendly, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. We’ll definitely be back.

My stay in Michael's condo was great! We've been going to North Coast Village for over 20 years every summer and this condo was very enjoyable. Being an end unit you have plenty of natural light. The beds were cozy and the updates to the condo make it very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back.

We stayed for 4 nights. North Coast Village is spectacular. The grounds are a tropical paradise with great amenities, including pools, hot tubs, pool table, putting green, and parking garage. The beautiful cottage where we stayed also had boogie boards, skim boards, an umbrella, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, and a completely stocked kitchen. We plan on going back to stay there again ASAP.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. First of all North coast Village is like staying at a resort. The amenities are awesome, location crazy. You have the harbor on one side and the beach/Strand on the other. And then the cottage is nicely decorated lots of amenities provided. The host is communicative, helpful, and a joy to work with.

The grounds of North Coast village were beautiful and well taken care of. Check-in was easy and fast. The pool looked nice (we did not go in), there were also walking trails and the beach was very close! The unit was clean, but needs some updating. I found several small ants in the bedroom area. The mattresses in the two bedrooms were not the best and the couch and loveseat in the main sitting room were not very comfortable. The shower drain was backed up and had standing water. (the owner was informed) The unit was within walking distance to the Oceanside marina, where there were plenty of restaurants. and the unit was in a great spot!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds at the complex are landscaped beautifully. There was some building renovations going on but it didn't bother us. (There is scaffolding, materials and workers around.) The beach is very close, and the sand was really nice and clean and lovely to walk on. We didn't rent a car and just walked everywhere; bring good walking shoes if you plan to do this because things are a little far apart for just walking. There are lots of people on bikes, e-bikes, scooters etc. We got coffee every morning at Nautical Bean Coffee Company which is just over the bridge. Would highly recommend it! The closest convenience store was Pappys- they had basically everything... snacks, drinks, etc. We bought some bundles of firewood there and had a fire in one of the firepits further down the beach. Michael was a great host and let us check out late on the last day. Would recommend! Thank you.

Great beach ! Kitchen had what we needed but local supermarket has terrible produce, wish we had been there on farmers market day (Thursday ). Comfortable apartment for 4 adults . Plenty of room but double bed could use a new mattress . Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Great to have beach toys, chairs and especially boogie boards. Quick walk to town and great restaurants.

We have been staying in north coast village for 26 years now. In that time we have rented many units. This one is in the list of my favorites! The property owner is extremely helpful and responsive. And the other huge plus to note is that all the beds and pillows are very comfortable! This is not the case so much of the time but this unit truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful bathrooms a nice kitchen and all the beach equipment you would need! I highly recommend this unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The North Coast Village is very beautiful and the view of the ocean and sunset from this unit is incredible! The beach on this side of the village wasn't very crowded, which was very nice. The condo itself was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. They had everything that we needed! We didn't have to bring beach towels, beach chairs, or beach umbrella among other things. The location to the pier was a nice one mile walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay was great and we would be happy to come back. My mother was amazed at how nice the place was, and I was surprised to hear her comment as such so many times. My kids loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, clean, and everything worked. Patio was great to catch the ocean breeze, and the complex grounds are beautiful and well-designed to create seclusion and privacy. Koi pond was a major draw for my kids and others that stopped by. There was construction going on in some of the center garden area, but it never disturbed us. We had a little trouble getting on to WiFi, and the owner immediately responded with help. Great trip to Oceanside - thank you!

We love staying at NCV when we visit Oceanside and this visit was no exception! Michael, the property owner is very pleasant and communicative and his 2bd/2bth condo in Bldg G was perfect for our family of 5. This time we tried a condo on the northside of the complex that still had a great view of the ocean and south jetty. I think I actually prefer this spot as you also get a view of the harbor and it’s a quick walk to a much quieter section of the beach. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Check-in was very easy. Surrounding grounds well- kept and very pretty. Unit had a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Great views of the harbor. Our family of 5 enjoyed our time here.

This was our first time in Oceanside and we will be back, the property and location cannot be beat! The beach is steps away, there are shops and restaurants in walking distance. Pool and putting range were fun for the kids, and the beds were very comfy. Only thing is the parking garage, I don’t recommend bringing a truck or big SUV it was a very tight fit.

We stayed in this unit and enjoyed the views from the patio and Master bedroom. The kitchen is very inviting and made the little bit of cooking we did comfortable. There’s plenty of seating and we really enjoyed our stay. Michael is very quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating. This condo is situated in a pleasant location, with underground parking and plenty of amenities. We enjoyed grilling, the pool and even the hot tub during our visit. There are a lot of rinse off stations, to rinse the sand off after a quick walk to the beach. There is a pier near the shops and restaurants where seals and sea lions hang out and I even saw a porpoise. I want to visit again!

The condo is great. Very comfortable and clean. The grounds were out of this world! So beautiful. It felt like we were in a park. The landscaping is incredible. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. We really enjoyed the easy proximity to the beach and local restaurants. Everything was either an easy drive or walk.
