Marina del Mar - G116 at North Coast Village

Savor the ocean, harbor, mountain, and estuary views from this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. You can relax on the balcony for hours enjoying the marine life and watching the boats come and go from the harbor. Newly refurbished with an ocean theme, Marina del Mar will be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and serving utensils. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has two queen beds.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll feel like you've stepped into Maui, with lush tropical landscaping, streams, and waterfalls. You're just steps from the beach, pier, and marina. Walk to downtown Oceanside with excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops.

North Coast Village offers billiards, ping pong, a new fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for parties. This is a great area for riding bikes! A beautiful, scenic bike trail starts right across the street from the complex or bike along HISTORIC Pacific Coast Highway.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent Harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Absolutely beautiful property. Those landscapers are artist. The condo was clean, very well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. The showers had great water pressure and we did not have any issues. I was able to cook two meals for my family. I did not have a frying pan but everything else was available. We took lots of family photos on the grounds and the beach was only yards way. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the breeze every day.

We loved our stay! The unit was in perfect condition, very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a family of 6, including 4 little kids. Everything was just as pictured or better. Check in and out was easy. One thing to note is that this G building is the very back of the grounds, almost the furthest building from beachfront, which means a little more walking to the pool and beach, but still very doable and convenient. I'd still stay there again, even with little kids. The grounds are beautiful and full of entertainment for the entire family. We'd love to stay again next time we're back in Oceanside!

Such a great property it was perfect for our family of four, the layout was great and so was the view. Parking was easy and it was a quick walk to the harbor and the beach. We loved our stay so much!

I really enjoyed the complex. There was something for everyone with surfing, biggie boarding, the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The unit itself has a sticky door in one of the rooms that made it impossible for it to be opened without waking everyone. I was surprised that there was no salt or pepper. I wouldn't recommend this unit if you plan to cook, as the kitchen supplies are rudimentary.That being said, it was a great price and I can know to bring my own seasonings if I come again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location and beautiful view. Large size bedrooms and comfortable beds. The property itself is a bit dated but the grounds are lovely. Need to provide guests with soap. We had to go out and purchase soap and Kleenex as there was only kitchen soap provided.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo which was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location...close to the Strand for walks along the ocean, close to the harbor restaurants, and easy access to the highway. We loved the grounds. Just beautiful!! We used the jacuzzi, gym and laundry while we were there so appreciated the amenities. We felt the staff of Make My Vacation was extremely helpful and appreciated the great communication before during and now after our trip. Thank you so much! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in North Coast Village for 12 yrs in F312, which we did this year. We were supposed to leave for home on Friday, but there was an "atmospheric river" coming through California and Nevada so we decided to play it safe and wait a couple of days before heading home. Misty at Make My Vacation was such a help to us and found this lovely unit G116, and allowed us to get in by late morning since we had a check out time of 10:00 a.m. It was great to be able to compare the two units. We've always preferred F312 as it's a top unit with no noise above you. But G116 was a delightfully clean and well located unit, and way more fully stocked in the kitchen than F312. We also had a very nice HOT shower with a nice shower head in difference with F312. I actually called the HOA office to ask why the water in the shower was always lukewarm while staying in F312, "that's the temperature the heater is set at". (Interesting to see that the water temperature was different in G building than the F building). We didn't have near enough time to thoroughly enjoy our unit since we were there for such a short time and since we spent Saturday with friends and it was raining the whole time we were there. But I would highly recommend Make My Vacation and G116 for others to enjoy as we did.

Overall we had a great time! The rooms were nice, location was great, and there was plenty of seating for the 6 of us. We liked all the amenities, especially the pool and sauna. We did not like the ants, and wish there was a pantry for us to store food instead of on the countertops. There was also no fan in the secondary bathroom, so towels were hard to dry and floors would stay wet. Small things, but changes would really elevate the stay! Would stay again!

The property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. We loved the koi pond and feeding the fish. Walking to the beach with our coffee in the morning, we really enjoyed being so close to the ocean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
